Linkages and Referrals

Ensuring the SCTP links to other Government programmes and departments is a key priority of the programme.

The Ministry of Gender, Community Development and Social Welfare are working to leverage the transition to e-payments to offer a direct communication route to all households and recipients, ensuring complementary digital services to beneficiaries are provided.

The Ministry are currently looking at the sectors of basic services such as health, education, and agriculture and building relationships and links with existing programmes.

More information will follow soon!

GRIEVANCES

Beneficiaries of the SCTP are advised to report any grievances to their CSSC members or to District Officers/Case Management Officers at the pay point during transfers. CSSC members relay the grievances and any other issues to District Officers who record the grievance on the SCTP system and follow-up accordingly.

Reports of grievances can also be made on the toll-free line of 351, where you will speak to someone at the central level call centre of the Ministry of Gender, in Lilongwe.

All cases reported to CSSCs, Case Management Officers, District Officers or the call centre are taken seriously and are/will be investigated promptly.
